Victor Marcusohn is author of many articles, studies and appreciations, published in famous magazines and reviews, in the fields of environmental protection and environmental law, civil law and commercial law. Among these, we mention:
- "Probleme privind receptarea si aplicarea în dreptul român a Directivei-cadru privind apa" (Problems of reception and application in the Romanian law of the Water Framework directive), published in the Romanian Journal of Environmental Law, no. 1(11)/2008 (November 2008);
- "Punct de cotitura in problema incalzirii globale", (Turning point on the issue of global warming), published in "Mesagerul Economic" magazine, no. 11/2007;
- "Responsabilitatea statelor pentru daune aduse mediului in context transfrontiera", (State responsibility concerning environmental damages on a transboundary context - the Baia-Mare accident, the Bystroe Channel Case and the Prahovo accident), published in the Romanian Journal of Environmental Law no. 2(8)/2006;
- "Parteneriatul public-privat in cadrul procesului Kyoto" (Public – private partnership in the Kyoto process), co-author with Serena Adler, PhD., written for the supplement number of "22" Magazine, dedicated to the 1997 Kyoto Protocol, after one year of its entering into force (2006);
- "Ghid practic pentru aplicarea legislatiei Uniunii Europene in domeniul autorizarii, certificarii si inregistrarii de mediu la nivelul Intreprinderilor Mici si Mijlocii" (Practical guide for the application of the UN legislation concerning authorization, certification and registration from an environmental point of view, for small and medium size enterprises), co-author with Serena Adler, PhD., for the 2003 Phare Programme, Economical and Social Cohesion - Promoting human resources, financed by the European Union and the Romanian Government (2006).
